Subscriptions Refund and Cancellation Policy
The first shipment will be billed immediately and is nonrefundable (excluding any customer dissatisfaction). Once the monthly subscription fee has been charged at the start of a new billing cycle, you have 7 business days from the start of your first paid billing cycle to cancel your subscription for a full refund via the customer portal. If you do not cancel within the time period eligible for a refund, you will not be refunded for the billing period during which you cancel.
There is a minimum purchase of six jars. You may mix and match your selection to create your order of six. All orders are shipped out on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week via FEDEX with the options of Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 day select.**All EXPRESS SAVER orders ship only on Monday & Tuesday of every week, becuase this is the 3 day select shipping option**. All shipments are shipped with dry ice to keep the product frozen during transit. A handling fee in the amount of $5.00 is applied to every order. Please consider holidays when placing your order as this may impact shipping/deliveries. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. MUST be a physical address.
